Service cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. To help our operations run smoothly and to respect the time and dedication of our team, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:

  1. 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your housekeeping appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled service time.

  2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service rate.

  3. No-Show Policy: If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access your home, or if the service is cancelled upon arrival, a no-show fee of 100% of the service rate will apply.

  4. Communication: All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made via phone or email. Please ensure you receive a confirmation from our team to avoid any misunderstandings.
